Senior Speech Pathologist
Michele has over 26 years of experience helping clients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. With a deep passion for empowering individuals, Michele works across a broad range of areas, from early intervention to adult rehabilitation. As a neurodivergent clinician, Michele brings a unique, empathetic understanding to her work, prioritising neuro-affirming approaches that respect and support each client's individuality. Known for her expertise, warm approach, and commitment to evidence-based, practical therapy, Michele strives to create a safe, inclusive environment where all clients can thrive.
Kai Shyu
Senior Speech Pathologist
Kai is a speech pathologist with over six years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings, including stroke and ABI rehabilitation, disability, mental health, and justice. He holds a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Specialising in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Kai supports clients using low-tech to high-tech systems with a practical, client-led approach. He also has experience in dysphagia and mealtime management, delivering holistic care across both hospital and community environments.
